First things first, we need to secure a ‘build slot’
What is a build slot and why do they matter?
A build slot is your position in the production process for creating your RP Motorhome. The sooner you book a position in the queue the sooner your adventure begins. We are currently booking into 2025 for the next available build slots. Build slots are fully refundable at the cost of £10,000 and are available on a first come, first served basis. In each quarter, we have 12 build slots, with the estimated collection date for your motorhome being in the following quarter. e.g. if you have a Q2 build slot, your estimated collection will be in Q3.
How Do I Secure A Build Slot?
To secure your build slot, please complete the form below with your details and we will send you an invoice. When your payment is received then your build slot will be reserved.
What Happens Next?
We will work with you to find out which model works for you and your lifestyle, we will then guide you through the process of quoting, specification and confirming your order.
If you haven’t seen our motorhomes in person, we can arrange an appointment for you to come and see us at our workshop in Leeds, see us at the NEC show or we can arrange a video call. We can liaise with you over the phone and by email throughout the entire process for your ease.
If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with an order then your deposit will be refunded to you.
What Then?
When you have your itemised quotation and specification, we would then confirm your order. To proceed with an order, we require a 20% deposit of the overall cost of your motorhome – Your £10,000 deposit is taken off that amount. If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with an order then your deposit will be refunded to you.
At the point of confirming your order, we would place the order for your vehicle with Mercedes Benz directly to your desired specification. This order then is added to their production schedule and we await delivery of the vehicle to us. When the vehicle arrives to us approximately a quarter before your scheduled build slot, we then require a 40% payment at this stage.
We will start the conversion of your vehicle within your build quarter, the vehicle goes through many stages of build, from preparation, insulation to the final stages. When your motorhome is ready to collect, we will be in touch to arrange a handover date and discuss all the registration details

Build Slot Deposit : £10,000
Confirmation of Order: 20% of the cost of your motorhome minus your £10k build slot deposit
Delivery of Vehicle to RP: 40% payment
Collection of your motorhome: 40% payment due at least 2 weeks before collection
Please note that we are a UK based company and we can only create our award winning motorhomes for UK residents at this time. We are unable to offer left hand drive motorhomes or export our motorhomes to customers outside the UK. Thank You.
